Meet Hailey: The Disney-Obsessed Mom Behind This Blog

Hi, I’m Hailey — and if you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re standing exactly where I was not that long ago: excited about a Disney trip, and a little overwhelmed by everything there is to figure out.

How I Got Here

For the last nine years, I’ve been booking corporate travel. Flights, hotels, complicated itineraries with a dozen moving pieces that all have to line up perfectly — and I love it. To me, it’s a puzzle. Something clicks in my brain when I’m figuring out the most efficient route, the best value, the detail nobody else thought to check. Some people find travel planning stressful. I find it genuinely fun.

On top of that, I’ve been the one planning every single one of my own family’s trips for years — Disney included. Somewhere along the way, “the person who plans everyone’s Disney trip” became my unofficial title. Friends started asking me for advice before they’d even finished deciding where to go. I’d spend hours helping them build itineraries, just because I loved doing it.

I thought about becoming a Disney travel advisor more times than I can count. And this year, I finally took the plunge.

Why Disney

Honestly? Because I love it. Not in a casual, “it’s a fun vacation” way — in the way where I’m already thinking about my next trip before I’ve unpacked from the last one. I pay attention to the tips, the tricks, the tiny details that most people don’t even know exist. I read the updates. I notice when something changes. It’s not homework to me — it’s just what I do.

That’s really the whole foundation of this blog and this business: I’m going to tell you the things I actually know, not the generic advice you can find anywhere. If something’s not worth the money, I’ll tell you. If something’s a must-do, I’ll tell you that too — and why.

What I’m Hoping to Build Here

My goal is simple: to be the person you think of the second you start planning a Disney trip. Not because I’ll pressure you into anything — I won’t — but because you trust that I know what I’m talking about, and that I genuinely want your trip to be great.

I want this blog, and everything I share on social media, to make Disney planning feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more exciting. Whether you end up booking with me or just walk away with a tip that saves you time, money, or a headache — that’s a win in my book.

And Yes, My Next Trip Is Already on the Books…

I’m heading back to Walt Disney World in August, and for the first time ever, I’m doing a VIP tour.

This has been on my bucket list for a long time, and honestly, I didn’t think I’d be able to check it off anytime soon — VIP tours aren’t cheap. But I recently discovered tour sharing, which made it possible way sooner than I expected. (That’s a whole topic on its own — I’ll be sharing more about how tour sharing works in a future post, because it genuinely changed what I thought was possible for this trip.)

I’ll also be staying at the Waldorf Astoria on Disney property, which I’m really excited about — I’ve heard incredible things and can’t wait to experience it firsthand.

I’ll be capturing a lot of behind-the-scenes content while I’m there, so if you want a front-row seat to how the VIP tour goes, what the Waldorf is really like, and everything in between, stick around.

Let’s Plan Something Magical

If you’re just starting to think about your own Disney trip — whether it’s your first time or your fifteenth — I’d love to help. I’m not here to upsell you on things you don’t need. I’m here to make the planning part easy, so you can just show up and enjoy it.
