If your Disney vacation is already booked but you are staring at park days, dining, Lightning Lane, and special events wondering what to do next, that is exactly why I created standalone planning options.
These are paid services for trips booked outside of my booking relationship.
Trip Strategy Report
This is the lower-touch option for someone who is comfortable handling reservations and My Disney Experience but wants a professional strategy built around the exact trip.
- Park-day order
- Crowd and event strategy
- Lightning Lane recommendations
- Ride priorities
- Park Hopper considerations
- Rest-day and pacing recommendations
- Dining-placement guidance
- Resort and transportation context
It is best for someone saying: “I can do the bookings. Just tell me the smartest way to organize the trip.”
Full Planning
Full Planning is for someone who wants much more ongoing support.
- Detailed intake and family priorities
- Park strategy
- Dining strategy
- Lightning Lane planning
- My Disney Experience support
- Special-experience guidance
- Ongoing questions
- Final personalized itinerary closer to travel
It is best for someone saying: “I do not want to spend the next six months learning Disney.”
Why I finalize strategy closer to travel
Disney changes. Park hours change. Attractions change. Events change. Crowd patterns shift. I want detailed strategy based on fresher information instead of pretending a plan built eight months ago will remain perfect.
Which should you choose?
Choose the Strategy Report if you want expertise and direction. Choose Full Planning if you want a more hands-on planning relationship.
How I would decide between the two services
The easiest way to choose is to ask how much of the planning process you want to continue owning yourself.
Choose the Trip Strategy Report if…
- You are comfortable making your own reservations
- You mainly want someone to tell you which park belongs on which day
- You want ride and Lightning Lane strategy
- You want a clear framework but do not need ongoing hand-holding
- You like being involved—you just do not want to research every strategic decision yourself
Choose Full Planning if…
- You want ongoing support instead of one concentrated strategy deliverable
- You want help thinking through dining, extras and My Disney Experience
- You expect to have questions throughout the planning process
- You want a more complete final itinerary
- You would rather hand over more of the mental load
The report is not generic
This is probably the biggest thing I want people to understand. A strategy report is not a PDF that says “rope drop, drink water, buy Lightning Lane.”
I am looking at your dates, resort, ticket type, family, ages, priorities, party nights, park hours, festivals, nighttime entertainment, mobility needs, dining goals, rest needs and anything else that can materially change the trip.
Why the detailed strategy gets finalized closer to travel
Disney changes too much for me to pretend an itinerary written eight months early is automatically the best final answer.
Park hours extend. Events appear. Entertainment changes. Attractions close. Priorities change. So I want the major trip decisions made early, but the detailed strategy informed by fresher information.
Who does not need either service
Someone who loves Disney planning, wants to research every option, knows the systems and genuinely enjoys building the itinerary may not need to pay me to do it.
My planning services are for the person who wants personalization without making Disney research their part-time job.
