Book Disney With a Travel Agent for Free

Yes, you can book your Disney vacation with a travel agent without paying extra for eligible bookings.

I’m Hailey, a Disney travel advisor who helps families book Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line vacations.

Disney pays my commission, so you pay the same Disney price as booking directly.

The difference? You get someone in your corner to help compare options, answer questions, and navigate the details instead of figuring everything out yourself.

And no, you don’t need to have your entire vacation planned before reaching out.

That’s kind of the point.

What’s included when you book with me

When you book an eligible Disney vacation through me, you’re getting more than someone who enters your information into a reservation system.

You’re getting a Disney-focused travel advisor who understands that the decisions you make before your trip can have a big impact on how much you enjoy it.

Personalized resort recommendations

Not every Disney resort is a good fit for every family.

I’ll help you compare options based on your budget, travel party, transportation preferences, and how you expect to spend your time.

A beautiful Deluxe Resort might be worth the splurge for one family.

For another, a Value Resort with convenient transportation might make much more sense.

I want you spending money on things that will actually improve your vacation.

Help choosing the right tickets

Park Hopper or one park per day?

Three park days or five?

Should you add a special ticketed event?

These decisions can affect your total vacation cost, and there isn’t one right answer for everyone.

I’ll help you understand the options before you commit.

Disney promotions and available offers

Disney frequently releases offers that can change what you’re paying for a resort or vacation package.

I’ll help you explore applicable promotions when booking and review relevant new offers that may benefit your reservation.

Not every promotion applies to every room, travel date, or package, and discounts are subject to availability.

But it’s worth checking rather than assuming your original price is the best available.

Help understanding the planning process

Disney has a lot of moving parts.

Dining reservations, Lightning Lane options, special experiences, park schedules, and resort transportation can leave even experienced travelers with questions.

I’ll help you understand the important planning decisions and timelines for your trip.

And if you want a more detailed, personalized itinerary and daily park strategy, I also offer separate planning services.

A real person to ask

This part matters more than people realize.

You don’t have to spend hours digging through Facebook comments every time you have a question.

You can reach out to someone who knows your trip, understands your priorities, and can help you find an answer.

I spent more than nine years working as an executive assistant, including coordinating travel for C-suite executives.

Being organized, responsive, and thinking ahead is a big part of how I work.

What can I book?

I can assist with eligible bookings for:

  • Walt Disney World vacation packages
  • Disneyland vacation packages
  • Disney Cruise Line reservations
  • Disney resort-only stays
  • Disney theme park tickets for three or more days
  • Eligible Disney special-event and party tickets

Tickets for two days or less have a separate $150 planning fee.

How it works

Booking your Disney vacation doesn’t need to be complicated.

Step 1: Tell me what you’re thinking

Start by completing my Disney vacation request form.

Share your destination, possible dates, travel party, budget, and anything that’s especially important to your family.

Don’t have exact dates yet? That’s okay.

If your biggest question is where to stay or when to travel, we can start there.

Step 2: I’ll help you compare your options

I’ll review what you’ve shared and help you explore Disney vacation options that fit your priorities.

That might mean comparing two resorts, explaining different ticket choices, or looking at how changing your dates affects the available pricing.

I won’t automatically recommend the most expensive option.

More expensive doesn’t always mean better for your family.

Step 3: We book your trip

Once you’ve decided on the right option, I’ll help coordinate the booking and explain important payment details and deadlines.

Disney’s deposit requirements, payment schedules, and cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation.

You’ll know the applicable terms before booking.

Step 4: We get you ready for Disney

After booking, I’ll help you understand the important next steps for your vacation.

You’ll know what decisions need to be made, what can wait, and when it’s time to start thinking about dining and other experiences.

You don’t need to spend every evening researching Disney to have a great trip.

Already booked directly with Disney?

Here’s something a lot of travelers don’t realize.

If you already booked your vacation directly through Disney, you may still be able to work with a travel advisor.

Certain Disney reservations can be transferred to a travel agency if they meet Disney’s eligibility requirements.

Why would you transfer your reservation?

If your reservation qualifies, transferring it to me allows me to assist with eligible reservation management and planning support without charging you an additional advisor fee.

Your vacation doesn’t need to be canceled and rebooked simply because you’re interested in having an advisor.

However, not all reservations qualify for transfer.

Eligibility can depend on how and when the reservation was booked, the reservation type, and Disney’s current transfer rules.

What if my booking can’t be transferred?

You still have options.

My paid Disney Trip Planning Services are designed for travelers who already have their reservations but want personalized help organizing their vacation.

You can keep your existing booking and purchase a Trip Strategy guide or Full Planning based on what you need.

And if your reservation can be transferred for free, I’ll encourage you to explore that option before paying for separate services.

I’m not interested in charging you for help you could otherwise receive through an eligible booking.

Frequently asked questions

Do Disney travel agents cost money?

Many Disney travel agents, including me, offer booking assistance without additional advisor fees for eligible Disney reservations. Disney pays the commission, and you pay the same Disney price as booking directly. Separate planning services or certain ticket-only requests may have fees.

Is it cheaper to book Disney directly or through a travel agent?

For eligible Disney bookings, the Disney price is the same when booking through me or directly with Disney. Working with a travel advisor doesn’t automatically mean you’ll receive an exclusive discount, but you’ll have help comparing applicable offers and choosing the right vacation options.

Can I book Disney tickets without a hotel?

Yes, I can assist with eligible Disney theme park ticket-only bookings. For tickets of three or more days, there is no additional advisor fee. Tickets for two days or less have a $150 planning fee.

Can I transfer my existing Disney reservation to you?

Possibly. Certain reservations booked directly with Disney can be transferred to a travel advisor when they meet Disney’s requirements. I’ll help you determine whether your reservation may qualify and explain your options if it doesn’t.

Ready to get your Disney vacation on the calendar?

You don’t need a spreadsheet full of research or a perfectly organized plan.

You just need an idea of where you want to go and who’s coming with you.

Tell me a little about your trip, and I’ll help you take it from there.
