Disney Trip Planner & Personalized Itinerary Planning Services

disney trip planning services

Already booked your Disney vacation but feeling completely overwhelmed by everything that comes next?

Maybe you’ve spent hours reading Disney World planning advice, saved approximately 400 TikToks, and somehow feel less prepared than when you started.

You’re not alone.

I’m Hailey, a Disney trip planner who helps families turn all that information into an actual plan.

My Disney itinerary planning services are designed for travelers who have already booked their trip and want personalized Disney World planning help without handing over their existing reservation.

You don’t need someone to tell you to ride Peter Pan’s Flight.

You need someone to explain when to ride it, what to prioritize instead if the line is too long, and how to build a park day that works with your family.

That’s where I come in.

Families I’m planning for right now

Every one of these families had already booked their trip. Some are staying on property, some off, and some booked through another company. They just wanted someone to help them figure out what to actually do with it.

Reviews are on their way as these trips wrap up.

Trip Strategy

A personalized roadmap for your Disney vacation

This is for the family that wants expert recommendations but is comfortable making its own reservations and managing the details.

You’ve already booked your vacation.

You’re just not sure how to make the most of it.

Maybe you’re wondering:

  • Which park should we visit each day?
  • Is Park Hopper actually worth the extra cost?
  • Which Lightning Lane attractions should we prioritize?
  • What rides make sense for our kids’ ages?
  • Which character meals are worth considering?
  • How do we avoid wasting half our day walking back and forth?
  • Where should we plan breaks without missing the experiences we care about?

Instead of piecing together dozens of opinions from social media, you’ll receive a personalized Trip Strategy guide based on your family’s vacation.

What your Trip Strategy includes

Your guide is built around your travel dates, resort, party size, interests, and priorities.

Depending on your trip, it can include:

  • Recommended park-day order and the reasoning behind it
  • Daily attraction priorities and suggested touring strategies
  • Lightning Lane recommendations
  • Dining suggestions based on your family’s interests
  • Transportation and scheduling considerations
  • Tips for special events or additional experiences
  • Strategies for young children, mixed-age groups, and downtime
  • Practical recommendations to help you use your park time wisely

The difference is the why

I don’t just tell you which park to visit on Tuesday.

I explain why I’m recommending that park, how it fits your vacation, and what trade-offs to consider.

Your Trip Strategy is where I document my research, recommendations, opinions, and the reasoning behind the plan.

For example, I might recommend visiting Magic Kingdom on a Halloween party day because crowds are often lighter during the daytime.

But I’ll also explain that the park closes early for regular guests, and you’ll need to decide if shorter lines during the day are worth missing the evening fireworks.

You get the recommendation and the context to make an informed decision.

What you’re responsible for

Trip Strategy is a planning guide, not a full-service reservation management package.

You’ll use the guide to make your own dining reservations, purchase Lightning Lane products, and manage your vacation plans.

You still have control over the details.

You’re just making decisions with personalized recommendations instead of guessing.

Best for: The organized DIY planner who wants someone to do the research, evaluate the options, and create a practical roadmap.

Rush Trip Strategy reports

Booked a last-minute trip? Or maybe your vacation snuck up on you while you were busy living life. It happens.

I offer rush Trip Strategy reports with turnaround in as little as 36 hours, so you can still walk into the parks with a plan.

Just mention your travel dates on the planning form and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Full Planning

Personalized planning with someone handling the details alongside you

This is for the family that doesn’t want to spend its evenings researching Disney, comparing dining options, or trying to figure out what needs to happen next.

You want to be involved in the fun decisions.

You just don’t want to manage every moving piece yourself.

Full Planning is a more hands-on experience where we work together to develop your vacation strategy, make decisions, and coordinate the planning details.

Why the final itinerary looks different

With Full Planning, we’re having the conversations as we plan.

I’m explaining my recommendations, discussing different options with you, and helping you make decisions throughout the process.

By the time you receive your final itinerary, we’ve already worked through the bigger questions together.

That means your final document can focus more on your actual schedule, reservation details, priorities, and strategy reminders.

It doesn’t need to explain every planning decision from the beginning because we’ve already had those conversations.

The goal isn’t to hand you an enormous report to study.

It’s to help you feel prepared without having to do all the work yourself.

What’s included?

Full Planning builds on the same personalized research and strategy used in my Trip Strategy service.

The difference is how we work through that information.

Depending on the scope of your trip, Full Planning can include:

  • A personalized planning consultation
  • Park-day recommendations and strategy development
  • Assistance evaluating dining options and priorities
  • Eligible dining reservation coordination
  • Lightning Lane planning guidance
  • Attraction and experience prioritization
  • Special-event and additional-experience planning
  • Resort transportation and scheduling recommendations
  • A personalized itinerary with park strategies and helpful reminders
  • Ongoing planning conversations within the agreed service scope

Reservation requests are always subject to Disney’s availability and booking rules.

What Full Planning doesn’t mean

It doesn’t mean your vacation will be scheduled down to the minute.

I don’t believe most families, especially those traveling with young kids, benefit from having every moment planned.

Kids get tired. Rides close temporarily. Someone decides they absolutely need a Mickey pretzel right now.

Things happen.

I want you to have a plan that’s thoughtful and organized, but flexible enough to enjoy your vacation.

Best for: The busy family that wants a collaborative, hands-on planning experience and help managing the decisions and reservations leading up to the trip.

Which one is right for you?

Both services are personalized.

Both are based on your actual vacation rather than a generic Disney itinerary.

And both are designed to help you spend less time feeling overwhelmed and more time looking forward to your trip.

The difference is how involved you want me to be.

Choose Trip Strategy if…

You like being in control of your reservations.

You’re comfortable using the Disney apps and booking systems.

You want expert advice about park order, attractions, dining, and Lightning Lane strategy, but you’re happy to handle the actual reservations yourself.

You want a detailed guide that explains what I recommend and why.

Choose Full Planning if…

You don’t have the time or desire to manage all the research and logistics.

You’d rather have someone helping you work through the decisions as they come up.

You want assistance coordinating eligible reservations and experiences.

And you like the idea of receiving a final itinerary after the larger planning conversations have already happened.

quoted per trip

How much does Disney trip planning cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of your vacation, including:

  • Number of travel days
  • Number of people in your group
  • Additional destinations or split stays
  • Special events and extra planning requests
  • Other applicable add-ons

Your quote is based on your actual trip rather than charging everyone the same amount regardless of complexity.

A four-person family spending five nights at Disney World doesn’t require the same planning workload as a multigenerational group spending two weeks across several resorts.

The pricing should reflect that.

Fill out my planning form and I’ll get back to you with a quote for your trip.

A quick note about expectations

Neither service guarantees specific dining reservations, Lightning Lane availability, low crowds, or particular attraction experiences.

Disney availability, park operations, and reservation rules can change.

What you’re paying for is the research, organization, strategy, and professional assistance involved in preparing for your trip.

And sometimes the most valuable recommendation I make is telling you that you don’t need to spend extra money on something.

Can I transfer my booking instead?

Before you pay for planning services, there’s one thing I want you to check.

If you booked your vacation directly through Disney, your reservation may qualify to be transferred to me.

For eligible reservations, transferring your booking allows me to receive Disney’s commission and provide my included advisor services without charging you an additional planning fee.

That means you may not need to purchase a separate planning package at all.

How do I know if my Disney reservation qualifies?

Transfer eligibility depends on the reservation type, when and how it was booked, and Disney’s current policies.

Not every reservation qualifies.

If yours does, we’ll explore the transfer option and what services are included.

If it doesn’t, my paid planning services are still available.

You can keep your existing booking and get the personalized Disney planning help you need.

let’s plan it

Ready for a plan that actually fits your family?

You don’t have to know which service you need before reaching out.

Tell me about your trip, what you’ve already booked, and which parts of the planning process are making your head spin.

I’ll help you decide which level of support makes sense.

Because the goal isn’t to do Disney exactly the way everyone else does.

It’s to plan a vacation that works for you.
