first disney world trip
A Disney World travel agent for first-time families
A Disney World travel agent for first-time families has one job: turn all the conflicting advice into decisions that actually fit your kids, so you can stop researching and start getting excited.
What it costs: the same Disney price as booking direct. Disney pays my commission on eligible bookings, so my help doesn’t add a fee.
What you get: a proposal with options for your family, help with dining reservations and booking windows, reminders so nothing sneaks up on you, and a personalized itinerary before you go.
The first-timer decisions I help you make
You don’t need another list of 50 tips. You need someone to help you pick:
- When to go, based on crowds, prices, weather and what’s happening at the parks
- Which resort makes sense for your budget and your kids’ ages
- Park Hopper or one park a day, and how many park days little legs can handle
- Which character meal, if any, is worth it for your crew
- Lightning Lane: what to buy, what to skip, and when to book
- Where the breaks go, so nobody melts down at 2 PM
And I’ll tell you when something isn’t worth the money. Sometimes the most helpful thing I say is “skip it.”
How it works
- Tell me about your family. Ages, rough dates, budget, and what you’re dreaming about.
- Get your proposal. I lay out the options that fit and what I’d pick, with the reasons.
- Book and plan. Once you say yes, I book it, watch for eligible promos, and help you plan the details before you go.
“Having a breakdown of what to pack what to plan for the weather when to leave my room when I should arrive at the park when I should book my lightning lane and how I should book them. … it truly made my Disney experience so much more enjoyable.”
Questions first-timers ask
Does using a Disney travel agent cost more?
Not for eligible Disney bookings. You pay the same Disney price, and Disney pays the agent. See the full travel agent vs. booking direct comparison.
Do I need exact dates before I reach out?
No. A month or a season is plenty to start. Picking dates is part of what I help with.
What if I already booked with Disney?
You may be able to transfer it to me. Transfer eligibility generally requires booking within the last 30 days and not being paid in full. If it can’t be transferred, my planning services are an option.
