If you need to talk through a Disney trip, the right contact depends on what you need: help choosing a vacation, personalized planning for an existing booking or official support for an account or reservation problem.
I’m Hailey, the independent travel advisor behind Travel by Hailey T. This is my travel-planning business—not Disney’s customer-service department.
If you have not booked your trip
I can help compare travel dates, resorts, room configurations and ticket choices for your family. Start by sharing who is traveling, the children’s ages, your approximate budget and what you hope to experience.
Use my Disney vacation booking inquiry page. That gives me the context to make useful recommendations instead of asking you to explain the same details repeatedly.
If you booked directly with Disney
If you want me to take over servicing an eligible booking, transfer eligibility needs to be checked first. Not every reservation qualifies, and asking about a transfer does not cancel or recreate your trip.
Read my Disney reservation transfer guide. Have the original booking date and reservation details available, but do not send payment-card information through an ordinary message.
If you already booked and need a plan
An existing reservation does not mean you have to figure out park days, dining and priorities alone. Paid standalone planning can be a fit when you want personalized support without moving your booking.
See my current planning services for the available scope. The right option depends on how much help you want and what remains to be decided.
If you need Disney’s official customer support
For Disney account access, official billing assistance or a supplier issue, use Disney World’s official Help Center and select the contact option for your issue. Use Disney’s own site for current phone numbers and operating hours.
If your booking is managed by another travel advisor, contact that advisor for reservation servicing. I cannot promise to access or change a booking I do not manage.
What to include when asking for planning help
Send your travel dates or possible months, party size, ages, resort if booked and the decision you are stuck on. “We need help picking a resort for two adults and three small children” is much easier to act on than “tell me everything about Disney.”
Choose your top few questions first. We can work through the highest-impact decisions without turning the first conversation into a complete itinerary.
When can you reach me?
My regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Central. Start through the appropriate inquiry page so I can review your details and coordinate the next step. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an immediate phone call or round-the-clock support.
The goal is to connect you with the right kind of help quickly. A vacation recommendation, a paid strategy service and an official account-support request each need a different starting point.
