Option 1: Trip Strategy Report For travelers who want an expert to review their actual travel dates and priorities and recommend a smart approach. Your report can cover park-day order, crowd and event considerations, Lightning Lane, dining placement, pacing and transportation. You handle the reservations and follow a personalized roadmap.
Option 2: Full Planning For families wanting more hands-on support. Based on your agreement, we’ll work through rides, characters, dining, Lightning Lane, special experiences, My Disney Experience and your personalized itinerary. Under my standard scope, Full Planning includes one planning call and up to two rounds of revisions. Your quote and agreement define the exact deliverables.
What if you booked directly with Disney recently? Some direct bookings may be transferable to a travel advisor under Disney’s eligibility rules. A transfer is different from paid standalone planning and is never guaranteed. Check early, particularly while the reservation isn’t paid in full.

How pricing works Planning fees are customized based on your travel dates, length of trip, party size, complexity, add-ons and proximity to departure. You’ll receive a quote and agreement that defines the scope before work begins.
